Yes, one very heavy box.

What are the dimensions of storage drawers? Do drawer wheels work on the carpet?

The dimensions of the drawers are shown in one of the pictures provided and the wheels would definitely work on carpet.

What kind of mattress does it fit?

It can fit in all kinds of mattresses with thicknesses between 6-12 inches and does not need a box spring.

What tools are needed to put the bed together?

All tools you needed will be sent with the bed so you don’t need to get any tools from the store.

How easy is it to assemble the bed?

This is extremely easy. There are instructions that are fairly easy to follow even a rookie would finish the work within two hours.
